For preorder flow, PocketPunk needs email, name, order details, payment status, shipping details, and support messages.
For update signup, PocketPunk needs email, topic choices, consent timestamp, and unsubscribe status once provider-backed delivery exists.
The keyboard itself does not require a cloud account.
We use order data to manage preorder access, payment status, shipping, support, refund requests, and batch operations.
We may use aggregate site analytics to understand preorder interest and page performance.
Payment credentials are not stored in this site repository.
Payment provider records and transaction ids are used to reconcile orders and handle support.
Magic links are time-limited. Production implementation stores only token hashes, not raw tokens.
Sensitive changes such as address updates or refund requests require a fresh email challenge.
Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Customers can contact support to ask about deletion or correction where applicable.
