PocketPunk First Batch 01 is a small-batch preorder for the Founder Suit, not an in-stock retail product.
Ships 1-2 weeks after preorder close. If the batch schedule changes, customers will receive an update and a cancellation path where required.
PocketPunk v0 uses guest order access by email instead of account passwords.
Order management links are private and time-limited. Customers are responsible for keeping email access secure.
Payment processing is handled by a separate payment service. A payment redirect or receipt from a provider is not the same thing as shipment.
PocketPunk records order state only after the payment service confirms payment.
Shipping address collection and final delivery details happen before build lock.
Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and import charges are not promised as included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
First Batch hardware may change before build lock if production requires it.
Material changes that affect the order will be communicated before the batch is locked.
