A build lock means parts, production planning, and fulfillment preparation have moved past the normal cancellation window.

After build lock
After build lock, refund requests require support review.
If PocketPunk cannot reasonably complete the order, customers will receive a cancellation and refund path where required.
Delays
If the batch is delayed beyond the stated build window, customers will receive an update with the revised plan or available cancellation path.
If no reliable revised timing is available, customers may be offered cancellation before shipment.
Address issues
Customers are responsible for confirming a deliverable shipping address before build lock.
Address changes after build lock may require manual support review and may not be available for every order.

Refund handling depends on payment provider rails and may require transaction verification.
